1. Start by getting into downward facing dog; breathe and release
(Push through the toes and contract the quadriceps, push through the hands and fingers to release any pressure at the wrists, lengthen your sides, push the sitting bones up)
2. Look up through your hands and step your right leg through
3. Push through your feet and toes creating a strong foundation
4. Inhale and raise arms above head
(square hips to the front and embrace mulabunda and uday andabunda)
5. Twist by putting left hand on the outside of your right foot
6. Open the hearts center and raise left arm above your head and stretch it forward
7. Breathe through the pose & release
8. Place hands back onto the ground shoulder with apart
9. Spread the fingers creating a strong foundation
10. Place right foot back by your left foot
11. Go back into downward dog push
12. Follow the same steps for the left side.
