Awareness & how i feel in the Parivritta Parsvakanosana
Although the pose is difficult to hold for a long period of time, it feels good to get the twisting stretch through my shoulders, back and stomach, while using muscular endurance and balance to keep the pose standing. I feel a burn but uses Tapas to push through that burn.
